While waiting for the upward action of the new pick, I took another look at Internet Computer (ICP) and I like what I saw. Out of all The General's picks, ICP is my favorite. It still has the best tech and now a partnership with UNDP for sovereign cloud and agentic AI. I believe the price hit a real bottom recently at around $2. Now is the time to fill my bags with ICP. Am I being delusional?
