Christopher stated in his last 1000x video to purchase ARRR and DERO and he also stated to move your coins to cold storage I purchased the ledger Nano S but can’t seem to figure out how to move those coins to the ledger nano any help would greatly be appreciated

You need to check what block chain it runs under first I think , but some coins ledger wont support yet . Ledger live gives you a general list . Research wallet acceptance first . Not sure if this helps .
