I’ve Move the majority of my coin onto my ledger nano S. My question is how do I go about liquidating those in the ledger and using the funds from there. Is it something where I send it back into my coin base wallet and use that card or is there a different account that I need to sign up for from ledger. I am greatly appreciative of any information I can be given.

I've downloaded an App called Localbitcoins. Now to be clear, I have not tried this as I am holding for long term.
This app lets you get in touch with local buyers. I think that you find one, transfer an amount for cash.
IT COULD BE A SCAM!! I really don't know so check first with other sources but if it's legit then could be a way.
I Googled asking if legit and it says yes but you should be wary of scanners.
On 99bitcoins site it gives you tips on how not to get scammed. Start there and good luck
