So I have a jaxx wallet , had a bitcoin in it and some litcoin, My husband was nervous about it on my phone so I downloaded jaxx.oi . took me to my jaxx wallett all was good next morning it was gone it was a fake site I guess . I can see where they transferred it out in the middle of the night. and the wallet they sent it to . I would like some kind of satisfaction and at least tell jaxx. Nope can't get a hold of them everything has to go through the wallet to talk to them or at least file a ticket. Problem every time I do it keeps asking me to download the same site that stole my crypto. must be something I can do . At least open a ticket with jaxx.
