sounds like a red flag. I just had 65,000 of crypto stolen by a hacker. The sim swaped and got my code? I am still investigating how it happened and working with law enforcement

It appears it was an error. This is why it is important to have third-party authentication apps enabled at all times like Google Authenticator and use cold storage wallets.

thanks I actually watched the trezor video instead and bought 2 trezors 8 months ago set the seed numbers the max amount. I tested it out and put a tiny amount on it. but I started to wonder what if it got wet or smashed or just manfuctioned. Would I lose all my crypto? I keep my cyrpto on coinbase and of course it was stolen.

i got hacked similar to yours and it TMOBILE. There is a mass lawsuit filed againts t-mobile. T mobile sent me a formal letter informing me that I got sim swapped advised me to lock my accounts with the 3 reporting agencies. Millions of customers personal financial info was stolen such SS and credit card no.. etc

Wow that is massive. that is good they informed you and told you. My phone carrier is TracFone aka Straight Talk wireless. I informed them the sim card change was unauthorized and to investigate who the employee was that made the change. They said they don't have access to see that information and said sorry that happened to you. LOL. They took no action! It is a internet company NO actual stores. No official person to talk to other than someone to say sorry you got your phone hacked and got robbed 65,000.00 because of it. its a nightmare! I will be lucky to get a response from the CEO, I had to mail him a certified letter. I will keep trying

Wow so I wonder if coin base got hacked and or or was security breach of customers personal account information. I would not be surprised if they got hacked. When i have spoked to the coin base C.S on the phone they seem like they are in on the fraud, seriously i told the customer servicer person that. They are trained to repeat the same thing over and over like a robot. They will not answer any question that is outside there script! I am getting upset just typing this. Seriously the law needs to change regarding customer service to be more available, helpful and responsive. If I know coin base has this issue i would have never started an account.

William I totally understand how bummed you are! I worked for 9 months on my beautify portfolio and let me tell you it was about to SKY ROCKET. 9 months of perfecting it and it was fabulous. All that time and work to get to the good spot. Then for a thief to just sell all my positions and take it ALL. I now can't watch any of Christopher's videos or other crypto news because it it to painful. I am no longer have a ticket to the moon, i don't get to go on the ride. I cry a lot, then have a glimmer of hope, then can't sleep or eat and finally get panic attacks. I am praying for use all. I pray we all get back what we lost.
