Okay. I believed I was sending USDT to a correct USDT wallet. It turns out my transfer was converted or changed through no fault or action of my own, to TUSD. TUSD is not supported by the recipient wallet. How did this happen? And what are you, KuCoin going to do to recover my funds. Please let me know. Thank you.

Similar situation happened to me. I transferred VET from Binance.US to my Trezor T wallet. First of all stay way from Trezor Wallet, as their documentation sucks big time. Trezor say it will accept VeChain (VET) using the ETH ERC20 token address. I followed all the instruction that I can find. It was withdrawn from Binance and cleared. To my surprise, they never showed up on the Trezor T wallet. It was just gone. I look at the Etherium transcation, it shows correct amount to an address of unknown. I asked Trezor for support, I got no reply from them. So be very careful with the crappy hardware that some people are promoting. If you go to Trezor Support Commnity Page, there are many other users experiencing the same issues,.. with NO resolutions.

Keep hitting up KuCoin Jim. It takes time but if you stay on them it will get taken care of.
