So if xrp is delisted from an exchange like Coinbase, what happens to our investment? Do they take our money? That is stealing if that’s the case and we should file a class action law suit against both the exchanges AND the SEC for failing to protect investors as they are obligated to do, right. Things are not adding up here

I also have the same concerns. However XRP is global. This is only in USA that this is happening, right? And Coinbase is just one exchange. Are all U.S. exchanges dropping XRP? If so, should we then move over to a European exchange like eToro (https://buyshares.co.uk/stock-brokers/etoro-review/)?

Anna and Carolann, if (big If) exchanges take action on XRP, then they will just halt trading- meaning you cannot buy or sell it on that exchange until the dust settles. You still would own your XRP to move to your own wallet or another exchange. In general, using a VPN and European exchange is not a bad idea, especially if exchanges do halt trading.
