going around Grimsby and Cleethorpes just to login ... I can understand the procedure is required to verify the new client i genuine but ...it does get tiresome when the same has to continue each time one wants to log into the member area... how about having the time honoured method where by members can enter their password and user name or pseudonym... that would save time having to log into the mail server in order to press the button that you send by email ... regards rcet

the method of going through the email server is clunky and cumbersome it not only exposes the email server to external risk by allowing the link to go live one also has to respond to questions on the ES prior to link activation.... further more At least I had the decency to address you by your name and not a patronising " Hi friend" and then a reference to a FAQ page which did not address my enquiry in the slightest...I recall your request during one of your shows where by you invited suggestions from your growing number of following... I for one responded... with a valid comment .... My support to your show will continue ... but remember ones name has VALUE regardless of whether it is a Pseudonym or actual .... rcet
