Has anyone talked/thought about how we will communicate if the internet goes down?

The nationwide test this weekend is allegedly between authorities and the HAM radio operators, to see if they communicate without internet/power. It is possible, but unless the HAMs are fully prepared, it will be a useless test, and only a front for the take down of the internet and power grid. And of course, ANTIFA rioting around the country ... And so on, and so on. Without the repeater towers, cell phone (which does not use satellites) will be limited, if not useless. Bug out bags do need hand crank generators to charge phones, etc., in the event communication is possible.
