Lets talk survival bags. I put together one myself. Here is mine:
I always like to watch videos like this, always gives ideas and such. I notice that the videos never seem to include clothing and I'm not sure why. I also notice most of the videos really pile stuff in, mostly expensive stuff. I like to learn and pick pieces from the videos for my personal needs. Good video, thanks.
For the record, I intend to add more:
A $5 metal dog bowl-- for possible cooking and just being indestructible
A space blanket 2.0 would be nice
A pancho would be a luxury because it doesn't rain much, a cheap umbrella might be better because I could be used for walking shade.
Maybe a flashlight.. probably a cheap Walmart brand that could be worn on your head
If I was in cold country I would have a coat in for sure, and probably a hand towel incase I got wet packed in a gallon freezer bag.
I was thinking of adding my snowboarding silks because they are light weight and very warm but they are expensive. I already have them but that would be very expensive for someone new.
I would like to start a bug out bag challenge. On July 4th, 2018 post your 100% Made in the USA Bug-out bag. You may use an AMTV bug out bag with added items. Any items added must be 100% USA made.
In the mean time I did the 5lb survival bag challenge.. a few years late but it was fun.
P.S. looking forward to Unsocial Chris!
