so this is not just anywhere in UK, it IS LIBRARIES in UK of the system, which use their own dictarorship pretty much at their will, several times, before this happened,it will not even get more than a shaded white page,having to log in again, every log in it is a new log in.

I need to go and pay for an internet service outside UK LIBRARIES, to checK if it is the libraries or something else, next week or the other I might be able to do that, and after you could tell Crhis or AMTV the results, if you could

around here where I am there are no places, that I know, other than the library to get an internet service so one or 10 days ahead
