So very sorry for the delay and issues with the VHX Channel issues you experienced. We have since fixed the issue and pushed a new channel update to the Roku servers. We recommend following these steps to ensure it fully updates on your device: https://support.roku.com/article/208755668-how-to-update-the-software-on-your-roku-streaming-device
Press home on your remote to open the main screen.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
Select System.
Select System update.
Note: The System update screen displays the current software and build version, along with the date and time of the latest update.
Select Check Now to manually check for updates.
If there is an update, you should tell Roku to install it! Then your Roku device will download and install the VHX channel automatically and once completed, your Roku device will reboot.
