Hi I'm looking into buying gold and silver. I would use the sponsors that Chris recommended but they are u.s based so surely shipping would cost a bit? I'm wondering if anyone else on here from the uk can point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance
BullionVault ( https://www.bullionvault.com/ ) is widely used. They have a reliable reputation and they also have a base in London. The only downside is their association with the Rothschild family, but as for the site itself it has very good reviews.
If you plan on buying gold with a view to possibly selling it in future, be careful to do your research on UK taxation laws, especially 'Capital Gains Tax'. Here are a few links that you might find helpful:

I would advise that you take your time to do your research -- learn as much about gold investment as you possibly can, weigh up your options and proceed with caution. Try to work out what's best for your personal circumstances, discuss it with friends and family, and try to get professional investment advice if possible. As a general rule, never invest in something unless you understand how it works and are confident that you can make informed decisions.
Oh, and whatever you do, stay away from 'Rosland Capital'. They are scam artists of the worst kind. There are lots of Gold investment companies that advertise themselves on TV and online, but you're much better off going with larger, widely used organizations like BullionVault -- look around though, and do plenty of research before you commit to any investment decision.
Thank you very much for your great advice. To be honest I was just buying it so that I had a tangible asset for the future. In case all hits the fan and the money in my bank becomes useless , then at least I had something of worth . I looked them up and saw that they are ran by the rothschilds so I thought Ild ask on here as people on here seam pretty wise to all this and I'm very new to it all
No problem, I'm also taking similar measures myself for the exact same reasons as you.
Where is Christopher? I haven't seen any new videos. I just signed up maybe you guys can tell what's going on?
Chris is still active -- he's been posting videos here and he's also been busy working on a documentary. However, he is no longer uploading videos on Youtube due to major censorship issues and demonetization.
You can access all of his recent content if you subscribe to the AMTV on demand service, it only costs five bucks a month:
I am wondering the same thing as you cesarferrer78, if Christopher doesn't start posting some new content shortly I will be unsubscribing from this site for sure. Feel quite underwhelmed at present with the lack of new content.
Which one did you go for first silver or gold? I was thinking of getting a little of each ?
I've only dabbled with gold so far, although I am exploring other options as well. The only silver I own is silver I've inherited from family. Silver tends to be seen as a longer term investment. I'm also looking into things like Royal Mint Coins and gold jewelry.
I'm gana Carry on my research then ask you some questions as I know I'm going to ask questions that I could easily find out for myself 😂 . Can't thank you enough for the input you have given me

Is the company I found to be the cheapest and very reliable - but in U.K. We have to pay the vat on the silver which is quite annoying. The cheapest place to buy silver I believe is from Silvertogo.com
They are based in Germany and while we are still technically in the EU the tax on the silver is much, much less.
