Soft disclosure is the release of tidbits of information through a variety of means. Whistleblowers, some are given off the record permission to disclose certain information, some leaked documents etc. All for the purpose of preparing the masses for a future announcement/event. There are some very legitimate whistleblowers that have come out including several members of the Secret Space Program knows as SSP. Some of these whistle blowers include the honourable Paul Hellyer who is the EX Minister of Defence for Canada. Others are Edward Snowden, Julian Assange, Simon Parkes who is a UK City Councillor. The CIA has compartmentalized everything making it very difficult for one department to have knowledge of what another department is doing. But this IS where all the missing trillions of dollars are gone. It has been used to keep these programs running.

Right now soft disclosure is coming out hot and heavy because we are almost at the point where FULL disclosure will be given to us. We have been told that this will happen in 2017.

Predictive Programming

This is a means for the Cabal to let us know what they are doing by putting it right in our face. They have been doing this for a millennia while we stay asleep. Simple stuff like the all seeing eye on dollar bills. The use of television, movies and commercials (which they have total control over) to show us whats really happening and what they are up to as a means of believing that they have let us know. This is to alleviate their karmic responsibility because they believe that if we go to the movie pay to see it that they have informed us and we didn't argue about it. This will not work for them but that is what they believe.
