Saw this and was thinking could this be a satellite to watch over North Korea or is it a EMP to stop North Korea or maybe its just a simple spy satellite? Wonder what you guys think.

Of course anything is possible! They are flying everywhere over the world!! And I bet we have them over the USA! Sad but true!!
