This was something that I was interested in years ago, but I've noticed now that there I see a lot more information about decalcifying this extremely important gland. If there is actually a way to wake people up, I think that having this function working is key. There are many sites to look at , I'll leave one site that has some good information. I also recommend footbaths every day that consist of Himalayan rock salt, baking soda, and Epsom salts. This draws heavy metals from your cells towards your feet where you can then scrape or file the garbage off of your feet. This is something that I have done in the past and found it seemed to work quite well. I felt a lot better. I was even told that if you don't scrape the heavy metals off of your feet when done , the heavy metal elements will redisbuse back into your body. I tried not scraping my feet one time and eneded up with severe headaches for about 15 hours. (I very rarely get headaches) so it seems to me there is something to that. Anyways , check it out. I know that the people here are pretty keen to stuff like this, but maybe chris can use his platform to start teaching people how to do this. There's no doubt about it, do this for a few weeks or months, and your whole reality will start to change.
