Dear DragonRawZ, I don't speak for Mr. Greene, but I WANT to answer this Question myself; so forgive me please. = It IS legal at the Federal so-called level with a wink and a nod, if they have the money they do what they want...I think the Federal Government generally has no business regulating our drug intake, adult consenting sexual intercourse, or right to bare arms; let alone feed off our incomes like parasites...Let them legalize dope production/distribution and tax THAT! Of course that (although our Ancestors in the Wild West had such freedoms), will never happen. Anymore than the LAYERS of Police + curtailment of our Rights will ever depart. Passing of the Patriot ACT and the Defense Authorization ACT by Traitor Presidents and CONgress has paved the way for our eventual arrival to the FEMA Work/Death Camps. The only thing I'm awaiting is the Attack or Incident which will lead to the needed "Declaration" of National Emergency/War. These Bastards NEED this to fully bring in Agenda 21, and cull the Sheeple!! That's you and I kids, that they intend to cull.
