What we know so far:
Police are treating the incident as terrorism
A woman is dead and others have "catastrophic" injuries
Several people have been injured after a car reportedly mounted the pavement on Westminster Bridge and "tried to mow people down"
A police officer was stabbed inside Parliament grounds. The officer's condition is not known
Alleged assailant shot by armed police
2 confirmed fatalities according to Sky News. And people are trapped on the London Eye.
Wow! Wtf, the chaos just never ends.

Update: One police officer killed, three police officers injured, Theresa May to hold emergency meeting with the government's emergency security committee to discuss the response, according to sky news.
On Sky News right now: Mark Rowley from the Metropolitan Police is giving an official police statement. He said they are 'satisfied that there was only one attacker'. 25 people injured, 4 dead so far.
At first, I thought the number twenty-five was a misquote from the female journalist on SKY, but then another guy comes on and says "four dead, twenty injured". Still seem adamant that there was only one attacker.
