31:00 A point was made regarding quantum technology. I remember watching a show on RT a while ago (I think it was either Keiser Report or Crosstalk) where an individual mentioned that China has taken the lead in Quantum satellites, and presumably have very advanced quantum technologies with other applications. I suspect this is one of the reasons why the US is panicking and pressing for a war with China.
