Yeah, it's scary stuff. I would wonder what Chris' take on this is. We know that MK Ultra was real, because Bill Clinton admitted it in 1995 and apologized to the American public about it. If MK Ultra was real and Monarch was an offshoot of it, the dots just seem to connect themselves.
